[News] MOTEZ ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL REGIONAL DATES FOR FORTHCOMING NATIONAL TOUR

Due to huge demand, Adelaide producer Motez has announced additional regional dates for his forthcoming national tour titled The Future, in support of his new single of the same name. Motez also shares an exclusive behind the scenes video, showcasing the creative journey behind his latest offering.

Presented by triple j, Maker and Sweat It Out, Motez will visit previously announced major cities, as well as shows in Mandurah, Terrigal, Wollongong, Geelong, Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. Along with his own headline shows, Motez has been announced to play This That Festival in Newcastle and Spring Break Whitsundays in Airlie Beach.

Motez also shares a behind the scenes video for the recording of his celebrated single ‘The Future’ filmed in the Barossa Valley. The video provides an insight into the process & creation behind this track – involving a visit to St. Jakobi Lutheran Primary School, who lend their choir to the uplifting chorus, taking the track to new heights. With Motez narrating the video, we consider the lyrics and the inspirations behind the melancholy execution of the track.

Featuring the stunning vocals of Antony and Cleopatra, ‘The Future’ has amassed over one million online streams since its release a mere three weeks ago and has been supported by BBC Radio 1, KCRW, community radio and triple j.

While currently on tour in the US, Motez impressed crowds at LA’s HARD Festival over the weekend, playing alongside fellow Australian acts Nina Las Vegas, Anna Lunoe and What So Not. Tickets to his Australian tour are on sale now, with all cities selling fast. Don’t miss out on seeing Motez in a live setting this September.
