Back in 2013 a bunch of music loving, Launceston based mates threw a party…in a paddock, and a new Australian festival was born. Four years down the track, with a run of sold out events and legendary good times in their wake, they are still essentially music loving punters, throwing an ever growing party for other punters … in a much bigger paddock.

From Friday 10th to Sunday 12th of February, the hills of North East Tasmania will once again echo with the sound of killer tunes, campers and all the good things, when Party in the Paddock returns for its fifth birthday with a huge all Australian line-up!
Alongside the music you’ll find some of the most chilled vibes that the Australian music scene has to offer, surrounded by stunning Tasmanian scenery. Tassie’s creative culture has produced some incredible artists and Party in the Paddock will showcase some of the best local secrets of music, art installation, slam poetry & comedy. You can catch all this, daily yoga and a bunch of other other good times at the Vibestown Village, one of many interactive performance spaces at the Paddock.
And when it’s time to rid the hungries, you’re in for some seriously good nosh with some of Tassie’s finest food and drinks on hand to sort you out.
Party in the Paddock is proud to support beyondblue in 2017. We will donate $1 from each ticket sold from general sale to aid beyondblue’s work in reducing stigma around anxiety and depression, as well as their work in suicide prevention. Look out for the beyondblue team at the festival.
