Indie Pop songstress Lincoln has just released her latest single ‘Undone’, taken from upcoming debut EP ‘Visions of a Fading Light’.
Lincoln is a paradox. Working as an emergency nurse in the daylight hours, she is calm and careful – mending wounds, broken bodies and remaining collected amidst the chaos, but by night Lincoln sits in a dimly lit apartment where she crafts dark, brooding and passionate tales of lust, death and loss.
With her idiosyncratic vocal style, classically infused piano melodies and cinematic production, her style has been likened to that of artists such as Florence and the Machine, Glass Animals, and London Grammar.
‘Visions of a Fading Light’ is a hauntingly beautiful blend of piano driven, industrial/electronic, with sprinkles of haunting cello laden throughout.
