[News] OCEANO AUSTRALIAN TOUR ANNOUNCED

Hailing from Chicago, deathcore outfit Oceano are pleased to announce they will finally be reaching our shores this coming October. After unfortunately having to postpone their first trip to our shores late last year, the band are armed with their latest offering Incisions which is due to hit stores on October 1, just in time for the tour.

Last week saw Oceano release the title track of the new record Incisions across the internet as a teaser of what’s to come from the full length and has been described as ‘deathcore’s answer to a power ballad’ and ‘not just your run-of-the-mill deathcore chugfest.’ The band made a statement upon completing the record saying that “We invested a lot of time and effort in the writing, production, and recording of Incisions. This is our most focused work to date and we are pround and excited to share it with the world.” Oceano have been known to describe themselves as one of the angriest bands on earth and have toured with the likes of The Black Dahlia Murder, Devil Driver and Bleeding Through.

Joining them is Brisbane’s Aversion Crown who has been working hard the last couple of years to become a common name in the heavy music scene. With the 2011 release of their debut LP Servitude, the band has been working hard on their sophomore release due to be out later on this year. With three guitarists who each play 8 string guitars there is no doubt this band will be one to watch.

Rounding out this powerful line up is Feed Her To The Sharks who have just recently unleashed their second album Savage Seas of which two singles ‘Memory Of You’ and ‘Buried Alive’ received thousands of YouTube hits within days of being uploaded. They also have tours under their belt with the likes of Asking Alexandria, Suicide Silence and most recently Born of Osiris.

With these three bands combined it is obvious this is one powerhouse of a tour that will be talked about for a long time ahead.
