Welcome to Sounds on Sunset, a weekend for North Coast music lovers to kick back and relax. The weekend includes live performances, free conference and forum, an art fare and a range of free activities.
You might raise your eyebrows at the extremely cheap ticket price that includes free camping. This is because of the support of everyone involved in this event to make it happen. Sounds on Sunset is a private event for guests of the park and thus you must pre purchased your ticket which includes free camping, access to the conference and music showcasing local and imported artists!

Sounds on Sunset is stoked to confirm The Snowdroppers will be our headlining act on Saturday the 18th of May – these guys have been gracing some of Australia’s most amazing stages including Blues Fest and Festival of the Sun and we are simply stoked beyond words that they have agreed to grace the inaugural Sounds on Sunset complimenting a solid North Coast line up.
So what’s the Go!?!
Price: Adult Tickets are $25 + booking fee and include free camping for the Saturday night / Kids Under 12 are free 🙂 We also have a kids club 🙂
Car passes are $15 plus booking fee.
When: Saturday the 18th of May – Music at the Function Area from Midday onwards – food stalls all weekend
Where: Sundowner Tiona, The Lakes Way, Pacific Palms
Who: Sundowner Tiona is a tourist park and function center located with Wallis Lake on one side and 7 Mile Beach on the other. The property is situated on the Lakes Way, Pacific Palms and is only 2 hours North of Newcastle, 1.5 Hours South of Port Macquarie.
Transport: Busways and Greyhound stop at Sundowner Tiona on the Lakes Way
Camping: Camping is free Saturday night: limited car passes available: Make sure you CAR POOL – powered sites available first in best dressed – caravans and campervans more than welcome
Accommodation: A range of luxury and budget accommodation available as well as backpacker rooms
Please Note: This is a private function – Tickets Must be Pre Purchased and will be available online and at the Sundowner Tiona Front Desk until Friday the 17th of May.
Art Fair
Our conference centre will host a private art fair – tables can be booked by any artist interested to show off and sell your wares. You must also have a ticket to the weekend so purchase your ticket and email lisa@sundownerholidays.com to book your table for the Sunday.
