[News] THE GOOCH PALMS ANNOUNCE EAST COAST TOUR

After recently wrapping up a national tour with UK punk pioneers, The Stranglers, The Gooch Palms are back with a headline tour of their own. The duo have returned to their DIY roots and have independently released a new track, ‘Great Dividing Rage’, that explores the political divide in Australia and the impact that climate inaction is having on our fragile country.

They’re riled up to help spread the word with an extensive East Coast tour. The Gooch Palms have built themselves around touring extensively, their fierce live show has created a loyal and engaged following.

Leroy Macqueen and Kat Friend, usually known for their quirky pop anthems, dive head first into this political hotbed with an accompanying newsreel video showing just how extreme these past few months have been in Australia. Not ones to shy away from a political topic, their aim with this new track is to unite us over the current, tragic state of our country and hopefully move forward, together.
