The full Vivid LIVE program was released during a ceremony in Sydney this morning.
Joining the already announced headliners, Kraftwerk, are Empire of the Sun, American RnB legend Bobby Womack, Sounds of the South (ft. Justin Vernon), Gurrumul, Karl Hyde (Underworld), Cloud Control, C.W. Stoneking, Sunnyboys and Matthew E. White. They will appear alongside reinterpretations of the music of Scott Walker, Joy Division and Vangelis’ Bladerunner soundtrack.
Vivid LIVE Festival Director, Fergus Linehan said of the program, “This year’s Vivid LIVE has been a real pleasure to program – from Empire of the Sun to Kraftwerk, from Karl Hyde to Sunnyboys, it will be a time to be inspired and elated in equal measure.
