Following the announcement of their new forthcoming record titled Sloppy Seconds (due October 29), Gold Coast-based party starters Bootleg Rascal have today revealed their latest extract ‘With You’ (Bad Boys Remix), along with dates for their imminent album tour.
Similar to previous taster track ‘Sharks’ (Remix en Español), ‘With You’ explores the reimagined conception with smooth reverb-soaked guitars and tranquil drums, while fluctuating vocal textures enhance the melodies guided by frontman Carlos Lara. Syncopated instrumentation cruises deftly into the familiar chorus, skilfully reinterpreting the original track with an adept reggaeton feel.
