Melbourne’s roots reggae trailblazers Centre & The South are excited today to release their breathtaking debut album,Yadah. In addition a handful of new dates have been added to the long awaited East Coast ‘The Yadah Tour’ presented by Evergreen Artists & Happy.

The new sleek feel good single ‘Take It As It Comes’ taken from the album received welcomed praise across Australian media including Happy Blog and The Music.

Recording the foundations of the album at The Aviary studios the band partnered up with esteemed producer Michael Cristiano (The Seekers) to mastermind the 12-track album at the esteemed Soundplant Productions. The ever-charismatic Lisa Edwardsfeatures as guest vocalist in the title ‘Sweet Spirit’.

Centre & The South have enjoyed successes of playing knockout performances across St Kilda Festival (2015), Strawberry Fields Festival (2015), Globe To Globe (2015) and many more. 

From supporting the likes of homegrown hero’s Kingswood to playing along side internationals Free Like Me (US) & Kalasmica (ITA), the party vibe ensemble are looking forward to their upcoming appearance with the infamous Maxi Priest (UK).

Yadah stands as an impressive hallmark of the groups’ progression and their undeniable ability to deliver a commanding and unique expression of Australian roots reggae music.

Centre & The South have enjoyed successes of playing stand out performances across St Kilda Festival (2015), Strawberry Fields Festival (2015), Tanglewood Festival (2015) and many more. Ranging from supporting national heavyweights Kingswood, the vivacious musketeers have also enjoyed sharing line-ups with international acts such Free Like Me (US) & Kalasmica (ITA).

Centre & The South are currently on the road for their long awaited East Coast ‘The Yadah Tour’. ‘Yadah’ is now available via iTunes and all major digital outlets.
