[News] FEEDBACK FESTIVAL’S SECOND LINEUP ANNOUNCEMENT

Just a handful of weeks after announcing its inaugural festival lineup, Australia’s newest summer music event Feedback Festival has unveiled the details of its second line up and secret shows planned for December 03-13 on the Gold Coast.

Previously listed as simply ‘Secret Show’ on the festival’s website, with very few hints at who, when or where the remaining shows would take place, Feedback Festival today announced that Sunny Coast pub-rock group The Chats, moody electronic duo Lastlings and surf rock quartet The Oogars would all be headlining shows throughout the festival.

Mo’s Desert Clubhouse also released details for The Golden Weekend; two nights packed with live entertainment, food trucks and live music from Brisbane garage-pop three piece BUGS, fellow Brisbane band Shag Rock, Lily Papas, Katie Who, Donny Love and more.

The second lineup, which also features live sets from Smells Like Nanas House and Heavy Wax will join a long list of previously announced artists including Ella Fence, Russell Morris, Peach Fur, Karl S. Williams and more!

With multiple shows already sold out along the coastline and numerous shows on the verge of running out of tickets, Feedback Festival has quickly proven the Gold Coast’s thirst for live music, and the necessity for live entertainment.

As Australia slowly begins to open back up and music festivals are no longer just a hazy mirage hovering far off in the distance, the Gold Coast took hold of the opportunity to move forward with a brand new type of live music event, designed specifically by the Gold Coast, for the Gold Coast.

Taking place in the heart of one of the country’s most beautiful cities, in 10 of the country’s most unique music venues, the inaugural Feedback Festival is the latest live music event to land in Australia, with the focus placed squarely on highlighting local artists and promoting Australian music. From Southport to Currumbin, Feedback Festival will offer Gold Coast punters the chance at seeing more than 50 bands, performing over 100 hours of live music across 10 nights this school holidays.

Over 10 nights, from Thursday 03 December until Sunday 13 December, the Gold Coast will transform into a giant music festival, with each venue acting as a stage, offering up a unique segment of what the vast city has to offer.
