Critically-acclaimed singer, songwriter and storyteller, STELLA DONNELLY today unveils news of her 2022 Australia Tour.

The 7-date run will be her only Australian headline dates this year and will also mark her first lap around the country since 2019. Excitingly, Stella will road test new songs from her forthcoming sophomore album, due for launch later this year, as well as playing crowd favourites.

Stella’s 2019 debut full-length Beware of the Dogs (‘Old Man’, ‘Tricks’, ‘Boys Will Be Boys’) propelled her to new heights. The widely-lauded album received praise in Australia and abroad from the likes of triple j, NME, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, Billboard, and The New York Times, among others. Most recently, Stella has teamed up with fellow WA-natives Methyl Ethel for their eclectic new single ‘Proof’, which will feature on the band’s forthcoming record Are You Haunted?

An artist totally in command of her voice, Stella blends her inviting charm and sharp wit into authentically raw songs – her songwriting makes you feel like you’re in her lounge room and she’s just made you a cup of tea, and a slice of cake, so that you’re comfortable when she tells you some hard truths.

In what’s promising to be a massive year ahead, Stella will also perform at festivals like Nine Lives, King Street Carnival and Splendour in the Grass, as well as touring through Europe and North America. Support acts for the 2022 Australia Tour to be announced shortly. Stay tuned for more news from Stella Donnelly, coming soon.
